Overview

Switching to Kualia? You can import your existing budget data to get started quickly.

YNAB Import

Kualia supports importing data from You Need A Budget (YNAB). This lets you bring over your:
  • Categories and category groups
  • Transactions
  • Account balances

Import Status

The import process goes through several stages:
  1. Pending - import requested
  2. Parsing - reading and validating your data
  3. Importing - creating records in Kualia
  4. Completed - all done
If something goes wrong, the status will show Failed with an error message.
