✍️The Basics of Unlinked Accounts

Kualia allows you to add Unlinked Accounts (or manual accounts) which can be useful for manually tracking cash on hand or a simple desire for simplicity.

Unlinked accounts are great for tracking simple accounts like cash on hand, cash in your wallet, or, even your checking and savings accounts if you want to avoid using a Linked Account. To create an Unlinked Account, simply navigate to the Accounts page and click on the Add Account button.

From here, you'll be asked what account type you'd like to add. Click on the Unlinked account type. You'll need to provide three basic pieces of information: a Nickname for the account, the Account Type, and the Account Balance.

For unlinked accounts, since there is no linkage to a bank account you will need to add and keep track of Manual Transactions.
