🔧Manual Transactions

For keeping track of cash based accounts, or for an even more hands on approach to budgeting... Manual transactions with Kualia are as easy as can be!

Manual Transactions are exactly what the name implies... a manually created transaction by the user. These are not transactions that come in automatically from a Linked Account, but rather are ones that have been added manually by the user.

Adding a Manual Transaction is super easy, and only takes a few simple steps. First, you'll notice that across all of the main pages in Kualia there is a circular button with a "+" icon in the bottom right of the screen. Clicking on this button will bring up the Manual Transaction Creation page where you'll provide a few basic pieces of information to add a transaction manually.

When adding a transaction manually, the basic information that you'll need to provide are as follows:

  • Transaction Date

  • Transaction Value

  • Transaction Positivity or Negativity

  • Memo (optional)

  • Category

  • Payee (who you are paying, or being paid by)

  • The Account Impacted
