# Perplexity

> Connect Kualia to Perplexity

Perplexity supports remote MCP servers as **connectors** on paid plans.

## Add the connector

  <Step title="Open Connectors">
    In Perplexity, go to **Settings → Connectors**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a custom connector">
    Click **Add connector → Custom MCP server** and enter:

    * **Name**: `Kualia`
    * **URL**: `https://api.kualia.com/mcp`
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize">
    Click **Connect**. Your browser opens the Kualia app for OAuth consent. Approve to finish setup.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use in a thread">
    In a Perplexity thread, open the connectors menu and enable **Kualia** for that thread.
  </Step>

## Try it

* "Compare my spending this month vs. last month."
* "What's my available balance across all checking accounts?"

## Disconnect

Remove from **Settings → Connectors**.
