# ChatGPT

> Connect Kualia to ChatGPT as a custom connector

ChatGPT supports remote MCP servers as **custom connectors** on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans.

  Custom MCP connectors require Developer Mode (or a Business/Enterprise admin enabling them). On personal plans, enable
  it in **Settings → Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode**.

## Add the connector

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Connectors">
    In ChatGPT, go to **Settings → Connectors**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a custom connector">
    Click **Create** (or **Add custom connector**) and fill in:

    * **Name**: `Kualia`
    * **MCP server URL**: `https://api.kualia.com/mcp`
    * **Authentication**: **OAuth**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize">
    Save, then click **Connect**. Your browser opens [app.kualia.com](https://app.kualia.com) for consent.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use in a chat">
    Start a new chat, click the **+** menu, choose **Use connectors**, and enable **Kualia**. ChatGPT can now query your budget.
  </Step>

## Try it

* "How much have I spent on subscriptions this year?"
* "What planned transactions are due in the next 7 days?"
* "Summarize my Q1 income."

## Disconnect

Remove from **Settings → Connectors**.
